Within the GrassLIFE2 project of the Latvian Fund for Nature, the material “Discover the natural meadow! Guide to identifying biologically valuable grasslands” has been created. It is a compact guide for landowners and managers to help determine the status of biologically valuable grasslands. Follow the flowcharts in it and find out! The guide also compiles and illustrates the most commonly found indicator species of natural meadows. The authors of the material are grassland experts from the Latvian Fund for Nature, Zane Līkā and Baiba Strazdiņa.
